Wendy, originally from Washington State, moved to New York to pursue musical theatre. Her acting career took her all over the world, and on days off from performing she seized every opportunity to hike throughout the United States, Central America, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean. She has explored the Amazon Jungle in Peru, trekked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, trekked to Everest Base Camp, and completed the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. Wendy is a member of the Catskill 3500 Club and has achieved the requirements for both all-seasons and winter. She is a veteran participant in the annual Mount Washington Observatory Seek the Peak in New Hampshire and in 2016 was given the tremendous honor of being named Volunteer of the Year.
